HubHive Creator Terms & Community Guidelines

You must be 18 or older, have a HubHive account, and claim a creator handle. Sellers may act as Creators for their own products.

You keep ownership of your Clips. You grant HubHive and the Sellers whose products or stores your Clips feature a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, reproduce, edit (including trimming, captioning, thumbnails, and burned-in overlays you add), display, distribute, and promote your Clips on and off HubHive — on product pages, store pages, the Clips feed, Loop, the HubHive app, social channels, and marketing — in any medium, during and after your participation. You waive claims to review or approval of such uses and, to the extent permitted, moral rights. You may delete a Clip from your studio; copies already distributed or embedded may persist.

You own or have rights to everything in your Clips — video, audio, music, images, people, trademarks — and have consent from anyone identifiable. Do not use copyrighted music you do not have rights to. Disclosures: if you received a product, payment, discount, or other benefit for a Clip, you must clearly disclose it (e.g., "#ad," "gifted," "I sell this") in the Clip or caption, consistent with FTC Endorsement Guides. Your opinions must be honest and reflect actual experience. No misleading claims about products (health, safety, efficacy), no impersonation, no harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, dangerous acts, or illegal content. Content involving minors must be appropriate and have guardian consent. Do not offer to steer buyers off HubHive for orders started on HubHive.

Unless you have a separate written program agreement with HubHive or a Seller, Clips are unpaid and no compensation is owed for their use. Earnings under any program are subject to that program's terms and to applicable tax reporting.

HubHive may remove, restrict, demote, or edit any Clip and may suspend or terminate creator accounts for violations, low quality, or risk, at its discretion. Repeat copyright infringers are terminated. Report content through in-app tools or support@hubhive.com.
