HubHive Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective September 1, 2026

Applies to the HubHive app, HubHive Shop, HubHive Loop, ProFinder, Clips, and related services (the "Services") operated by HubHive LLC, 635 W 5300 S, Suite 203, Murray, UT 84123. This policy supersedes the HubHive app privacy policy dated January 1, 2026 and extends it to HubHive Shop and Loop.

The short version: One HubHive account works across all HubHive products; your information travels with it. We share what Sellers need to fulfill your orders — your name, contact details, order details, and delivery address — and what partners and service providers need to run the Services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising unless you opt in. You control marketing messages, can access or delete your data, and can opt out of session-replay analytics.

1. Information we collect.

You provide: name, phone number (your primary identifier), email, password or verification codes, profile details, delivery and pickup addresses, order and cart contents, payment confirmations (card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored by HubHive), messages and posts, Clips and other content, business information if you claim or apply for a store or creator account, tax and payout information for Sellers, and support communications. Automatically: device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, pages and products viewed, taps and interactions, referral source, and session recordings (see Section 6). From others: Sellers and providers (order status, pickup and delivery confirmations), payment processors (payment status, fraud signals), our HubHive family products (your existing HubHive membership when you first sign in to Shop or Loop), and public sources or partners for business listings.

2. How we use information.

To create and secure your account and verify you by text or email; to process orders, collect payment, calculate tax, and remit to Sellers; to coordinate pickup and delivery; to send transactional messages; to provide messaging, ProFinder quotes, and Clips; to personalize what you see, including products, stores, pros, and content in your community; to measure and improve the Services; to detect fraud, abuse, and security threats; to enforce our Terms and policies; to comply with law; and, with your opt-in, to send marketing.

3. How we share information.

With Sellers and service providers on your order: when you buy, the Seller receives your name, phone number, email, order details, pickup or delivery selection, delivery address (for delivery orders), and any order notes, so they can fulfill, contact you about the order, and handle returns. Sellers may use this information only to fulfill and support your order and for their own legal compliance, unless you separately consent to more (for example by opting in to a Seller's marketing). Sellers are independent businesses and are contractually required to protect your information.

With providers you contact: when you request a quote or message a business through ProFinder or Loop, that business receives your request and contact details.

Within the HubHive family: your account and activity across the HubHive app, Shop, and Loop are shared among those products so that one login works everywhere and your experience is consistent.

With partners: we share information with partners that help deliver features and offers on HubHive — for example logistics, pickup-location hosts, promotional partners, and businesses whose products or services appear on HubHive — to the extent needed to provide the feature you are using, measure it, and improve your experience. We share aggregated or de-identified information with partners freely.

With service providers: vendors under contract that host and run the Services: cloud hosting and database (Supabase, AWS), payments and fraud prevention (Stripe), text messaging (Amazon SNS), email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), session replay (FullStory), error monitoring, customer support tools, development tools (Lovable), and accounting (Intuit QuickBooks). They may use your information only as we direct.

For legal, safety, and business reasons: to comply with law or legal process; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of HubHive, our members, Sellers, or the public; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may be transferred as part of the business.

With your direction: when you post publicly, share content to a hive, or ask us to share. We do not sell personal information as "sale" is defined under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA, or similar laws, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Your choices.

Marketing texts and email: opt in separately; reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link at any time. Transactional messages continue while you have an account or open orders. Notifications: manage in Settings. Session replay: email privacy@hubhive.com to opt out of FullStory recording on your account, or use browser tools that block analytics scripts. Access, correction, deletion, portability: request through Settings or by emailing privacy@hubhive.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. Deleting your account removes your profile and content; we retain order, payment, tax, and dispute records as required by law and for legitimate business purposes. Utah, California, and other state rights: depending on your state, you may have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising or sales, and not to be discriminated against for exercising rights. We honor these rights for all members regardless of state where practical. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

5. Sellers, creators, and business accounts.

If you claim or apply for a business or creator account, we collect business name, address, licenses and permits you provide, tax identification (W-9), payout details, and identity verification. Business names, addresses, hours, and products are published on HubHive Shop. Seller payout and tax information is shared with payment processors, our accountants, and tax authorities as required (including Form 1099-K reporting where thresholds are met).

6. Cookies, analytics, and session replay.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, cart, preferences, security, and analytics. Google Analytics measures usage and shopping funnels; FullStory records how sessions unfold (taps, scrolls, pages) to find and fix problems — sensitive fields such as payment details are excluded from capture. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Most browsers let you control cookies; disabling them may limit features.

7. Children.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Purchasing, selling, and creating Clips require age 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security and retention.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and payment processing by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

9. Location.

HubHive operates in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the U.S. and, through service providers, in other countries with different data-protection laws.

10. Changes.

We may update this policy. We will post the new date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in the Services, by email, or by text before they take effect.
